Description: : tool for vertical cutting is a frame with vertical moving where a nichrome wire of certain filament temperature is fastened. Regulating of wire heating temperature of is fulfilled with the help of multipoint transformer or high powered tiristor current regulator.
Appointment: tool allows to fulfill cross-section (in vertical flatness) of formed polyfoam block to smaller ones of necessary length by thermal cutting.
Principe of work: cutting process is fulfilled by cutting frame moving down under its own weight.
Modernization: tool is delivered with pneumatic up-and-down gear of cutting frame. At the same time facing of block and its dividing is fulfilled.
