Description: polystyrene crusher consists of loading square-wave hole, cylindrical crushing zone with rotating shaft inside. Rotation is sent by belt to electric engine. In the exit there is a net with meshes correlating the size of crushed polystyrene.
Appointment: crushing device is for waste pulverizing. .
Principe of work: polystyrene waste is loaded to device hole and go to working zone where is crushed. Crushed polystyrene is deleted from working zone by ventilator of pneumatic remodeling then through pipeline to hold-distribution bunker.
Advantages:

Crusher's principle of work, its power and hardness allows to crush thick and mould polyfoam. Reception capacity doesn't reduce.

Net in the exit allows to get smaller fraction.

Crusher has got spare toughness doesn't demand heavy repair for a long time.
